Casey Kroll
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
The Big Man Foundation is led by its founder and CEO, Casey Kroll, a former Division I football player and college coach. Casey established BMF in honor of his late mentor, Coach Jamal Powell, and carries forward that vision by guiding the organization’s strategy, programs, and growth. Under his leadership, BMF has evolved from a grassroots effort into a nationally recognized nonprofit supporting coaches and their families through life’s toughest challenges.

The Big Man Foundation is proud to invest in the next generation of leaders through our Emerging Leaders Internship Program, giving students and young professionals the opportunity to gain experience while contributing to our mission.
Alongside them is Coach, our loyal Labrador retriever and official team mascot, who reminds us daily of the importance of joy, loyalty, and spirit in the work we do.
