Dr. Jennifer A. Taylor is an Associate Professor of Public Policy and Administration at James Madison University with prior-academic career of success in securing and stewarding annual and planned giving efforts with individuals, corporations, and private foundations - having raised more than $20 million for the performing arts, higher education, veteran affairs, and health services

An accomplished nonprofit executive, development officer, and scholar, Dr. Taylor has over 20 years experience in leading organizational change and growth in complex and tenuous funding environments in board governance, fundraising, communications, and project management.

In youth development and athletics, she has volunteered as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for 12 years, has coached recreational swimming and is a Certified USA Swimming Official, and Meet Director.
